Life at Our Home This Week
One morning, Josh made Tanner and Brooklynn green eggs and ham (that's actually polish kielbasa, but close enough). He also read them the book along with it.
I caught Brooklynn red-handed, stealing the utensil basket from the dishwasher to use for her own purposes. What a silly girl.
Tanner has been learning to write his ABC's. His favorite letter to write is lowercase "e" which he calls the "swirly" letter.
Tonight was pizza night at our place! Tanner rolled the dough for all 3 of them. I made my favorite pizza of all- garlic alfredo with spinach. It's delicious! But Tanner doesn't like it, so of course...
... I had to make some regular pizzas as well. Tanner was pointing to "his pizza." He was thinking that he was going to eat that entire pizza.

Little Brooklynn
Brooklynn went in for a check-up yesterday, and she is a healthy little girl! She is in the 20th percentile for weight, and 50th for height, which is smaller than I thought. She is walking all over the place, and her vocabulary contains three words: Daddy, doggy, and water (wa-wa).
Baptism
Last Saturday, Josh had the opportunity to baptize Richard Huang, a medical school friend. Josh first met him in Grenada, and then they both ended up in New Jersey for clinical rotations. For the last several months, Richard has been coming to church with us and having discussions with the missionaries at our home. He read the Book of Mormon in one week! It was really cool to see him change his lifestyle as he began to develop a testimony and faith in God. It was a great experience to see and be a part of!
Trouble Makers
In the last week, there have been two occasions where Josh watched the kids while I ran errands, and I came home to find that a tornado had passed through our apartment. Josh swears these messes happened in the last 3 minutes before I came home!
