Christmas Time in NYC

Last night, we took the kids into Midtown Manhattan to see the lights and window displays. New York is magical this time of year! Here are a few pictures from our trip:

The above pictures are of the window displays at Macy's. So magical and fun for the kids!

The above pictures are of the Saks on Fifth light show. It was amazing!

 Rockefeller Center Christmas tree

The kids wanted to go directly underneath the Rockefeller tree. It was body-to-body with people, but we pushed our way through and stood under the tree. Since we were so squished, this was the best picture I could do.

Christmas Time

This year, snow came early! We usually don't get snow until January, so seeing snow in early December was a real treat! We had 3 days of snowfall, which meant lots of play time outside. Here is our snowman.

Here is the Christmas puzzle that Grandma Niederhauser sent us. It was so fun to do!

Summit Christmas Tree Lighting

We went to Summit's Christmas tree lighting event tonight. The kids got to decorate cookies, drink hot cocoa, meet Santa, and watch the big Christmas tree light up. Tanner and Brooklynn loved telling Santa what they wanted for Christmas, but poor Trav was so scared of Santa that he ran away crying when I told him it was his turn.

Date Night in New York City

Last weekend, Josh and I drove into New York City to see the Radio City Rockettes Christmas Spectacular. The whole evening was awesome! The show was great, and the City was beautiful with Christmas lights everywhere you turn.

Overlook Hospital Helipad

Overlook Hospital recently got a new helipad in the last year. It is on the roof of the 10-story hospital. The residents have been going through training on receiving helicopter patients. It has been pretty fun for Josh.
