At Home with Baby Travis

This blanket was made by Grandma Oaks. New blankets= photo shoot time!

Fall Activities

Right after baby Travis was born, Grandma Niederhauser flew to New Jersey to help out with the kids (and, of course, to see the new baby!). They all went to a pumpkin patch while I stayed home with the baby to get some rest. On a different day, we all went to Liberty State Park, where they kids played on the coolest playground ever and walked along the boardwalk overlooking Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, and Ellis Island. We had a really great time on these adventures with Grandma!

Travis was 5 days old, and already exploring the world!

Travis Dallin Oaks

Travis Dallin Oaks was born on October 10, 2015 at 6:44 in the morning. He weighed 8 lbs. 15 oz. and is 21 inches long. He is a big, healthy baby!!! My doctor was so surprised at how big he was that he said I delivered a toddler. Haha! He is also a very punctual baby, because he came on his due date. We are so happy he is finally here!

This was Tanner's first time seeing the baby. He was totally in awe.

This Past Week at the Oaks Home

I wanted to get a picture of Brooklynn's crib so that you could see Grandma Niederhauser's quilt. I have it hanging over the edge. It has all those pretty flowers that I think are perfect for Brooklynn's bed.

Tanner and Brooke love to play Ten Little Monkeys on my bed. Lately they have been playing a lot more together, which is so fun to see!
