Fourth of July, 2017

On the Fourth of July, we took the kids to the Summit community celebration. They got to ride ponies and ride their bikes in a bike parade. There were also bounce houses and yummy food.

At home, we made patriotic strawberries! (We dipped them in white chocolate and then blue sprinkles.)

Beach Day, July 2017

When Josh finally had a day off of work, we headed to Seven Presidents Beach (on Saturday). It was a cloudy and overcast day, but we still had a blast! Travis was scared of the sand, so he stayed on the towel the entire time. But that was fine- I didn't have to worry about him running off! The kids enjoyed finding/capturing crabs, building a sandcastle, and getting buried in the sand. It was quite the day.
