Jet Skiing

Last night, Josh and I went jet skiing on the Hudson River. It was an amazing experience! We spent an hour-and-a-half going around the tip of Manhattan, under the Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge, and Williamsburg bridge, then around Governors Island, the Statue of Liberty, and Ellis Island. It was totally awesome!

Apple Picking 2017

In honor of autumn just beginning, the kids and I took our annual apple-picking trip to Melick's Town Farm. We got to do a hayride and walk up and down the beautiful apple orchard lanes. We went home with our spoils- a big bag of apples and a gallon of fresh apple cider.

Tanner's 6th Birthday

 This year, Tanner had a Power Ranger birthday party. He had a few friends over and they ate lunch, played some silly games, and ate cake. They all had a great time! I think it was a success.

Labor Day Barbecue

On Labor Day, we had a ward barbecue at the park. Our good friend Richard Huang came from Manhattan to spend the day with us. Thanks to his great photography skills and his sweet camera, we got some awesome photos! It was so fun to spend the day with him and with our ward.
