New Jersey Halloween

This was Tanner's first Halloween in the States, and it was a good one! That day, I made Frankenstein rice krispie treats for him. And that evening, we were invited to a dinner with a bunch of families from our ward. We hung out with friends, ate good food, and took Tanner trick-or-treating. I was surprised at how much he loved trick-or-treating! He got so excited as he ran up to each house. He would hold his bucket up and say, "Treat!" or sometimes he would say "Happy!" (his shortened version of "Happy Halloween!"). He even wore his monkey hat the whole time (even though it doesn't fit very well). We had such a great time, and we have some really awesome friends in our ward who made it a great evening!
