Winter Storm!

On Saturday, we got hit with a pretty spectacular winter storm that left us buried in 20 inches of snow! We had a warm winter up until then, but it was well worth the wait! It snowed for 24 hours straight, beginning Friday night and stopping Saturday night. Most of that time, it was a blizzard. Tanner was in absolute heaven. He went out 3 times that day to play. This first set of pictures was taken at 10 a.m. Saturday morning, and we already had close to a foot of snow. Josh and I spent 2 hours that morning shoveling out our driveway and sidewalk. And then we had to re-do it that evening- another 2 hours of shoveling. It was insane. 

This next set of pictures was taken at 3 p.m. Tanner went out to the backyard by himself. He was digging trails, and he said that he was making a "snow playground" for Brooklynn. He is so sweet. It's too bad his snow playground got covered by more snow during the following hours and disappeared.
